Fabric Giveaway!

In honor of Sew Mama Sew's giveaway day I have 4 yards of fabric to giveaway! The fabric is from the Urban Farm collection by Ken Beyer of In The Beginning Fabrics. You will received one yard each of (from top to bottom) Urban Farm Floral Collage in pink and black, Barn Collage in pink and black, Dot Grid in blue and black, and Barn Collage in blue and black.
To have a chance to win this 100% cotton fabric just leave me a message telling me how you might use it. Contest is open to international readers. Ends May 31st. I will randomly choose a winner on June 1st. Good luck!

I would probably break the fabric up into two different projects, like the two blue fabrics in one quilt, the other in another. I have so many patterns that I want to try I'd pair each two fabrics with a new pattern of mine and buy extra fabric to go with it, so I'd get two beautiful quilts! Thanks for the chance to win!

I am new to sewing, but I *think* there would be enough yardage to make a really cool paneled skirt. and/or a patchwork-ish beach or market tote. I LOVE those colors!

And if my yardage gauge is totally off, I think it would make a wonderful quilt top for something special in my den.

in my eyes, this is a quilt waiting to happen! i make quilts as gifts whenever my friends have babies or turn 30. one friend who is 28 has been complaining that she can't wait that long, so I'd use this fabric to get a head-start on hers.

I would incorporate it into a patchwork duvet cover I am planning to make for my cousin. She just graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy and is going to be stationed in Alaska for the next two years. Since she will finally have her own place (no more dorms, yay!) I wanted to make her something special for her new home.

That is a whole lot of fabric. I usually have to lay out the fabric to see the arrangement to decide what pattern to use. And my favourite is to use sashing or alternate with solid linen (now can do any color with my successful hand dyeing experiment.
